Why? For many years, I have dreamed of having a Bed & Breakfast, but not just a simple place that delivers only what the name implys, but a package holiday; one where my know-how & skill, as well as vast knowledge about pirates & the days of yore can be utilized.
EVERYONE DESERVES TO ENJOY LIFE... and eventually, when we expand, we shall bring to our version of joy closer to all.
WHAT WE ARE OFFERING OUR INVESTORS: And to this we are open to suggestions, e.g. Equity Sharing. After all it's their money & they should have a share, but with no rights in regards to take-overs or LBO's. Such would only destroy all that we within the company on a daily basis work so hard to build.
We are offering investors an profit sharing equal to their share of the investment. e.g. Should the investor, invest 40% of the total funding requirements, then their share of the net profits (which commence within the first quarter after the close of the first fiscal year) is 40%. The breakdown is as follows. I, as the founder & diligent hard worker who will work tirelessly, shall receive 5% off the top. An additional 10% for expansion, is set aside in a special account. Of the remaining 85% net profit, as determined by our CPA, this 40% investor would be sent a wire transfer or check, as he/she chooses, for that amount each quarter.

P.S. And I only add this because we have been approached by a dozen already, We are not looking for an investor finder who wishes to be paid UP FRONT. However, we are willing to offer, said, a 1% net profit cash payment in our company for a period of 5 years.
